George Chemeche (1934–)
George Chemeche was born in 1934 and studied at the Anvi Art School in Tel Aviv and the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris. His artworks have been exhibited in numerous one-man and group shows, including shows at the Museum of Modern Art and Goldman Art Gallery of Haifa; Musse d'Art Moderne, Paris and Tel Aviv Museum. Museum collections include Israel Museum, Jerusalem; Tel Aviv Museum; Newark Museum, N.J. and Fogg Art Museum, Cambridge, Ma.
