Born in Santa Ana, California, in 1926, Merv Corning has created paintings, watercolors and lithographs which have brought him nationwide acclaim. He has received a number of awards, including the Dillon Lauritzen Memorial Award from the Art Directors Club of Los Angeles. Corning’s works have been exhibited in one-man shows at prestigious galleries, including Old Town Circle Gallery, San Diego; Circle Gallery, San Francisco; Carloyn Summers Gallery, New Orleans and Promenade Gallery, Woodland.
