Born in Melbourne, Australia, Sibraa studied at the Melbourne School of Art, where she graduated after 4 years with a degree in Advertising and Design, specializing in Art, Photography, Illustration, and Color Psychology. Since a very young age, Sibraa has had a passion for art. Following college, she continued to study with her mentor, world renowned artist Rode Milkjovich for another 2 years.

In 1975 Sibraa established Sibraa Art & Advertising, along the famous Gold Coast of Queensland, Australia. In addition to everyday advertising media, with a specialization in corporate identity, Sibraa designed and produced corporate interiors, where she was able to incorporate her passion for painting. After eight years in the advertising arena, Sibraa decided to leave advertising and paint full time.

For the next 8 years, Sibraa worked in conjunction with Interior Designers and Architects, to produce and design original works and limited edition prints for major hotels, resorts and exclusive homes within Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the United States. She now sells work world wide and has over 90 different images in print.

Sibraa’s first series of still lifes were full of color with free flowing movement. She highlighted the originals with gold which became the signature of Sibraa and sold extensively throughout Australia, Europe and the USA. This style is still sought after today. Sibraa’s latest series of contemporary nudes are based on 7 erotic short stories, written by Sibraa. A complex interaction between fantasy and reality, designed to evoke an instinctive response as the viewer’s eyes dance with the image before them. The origins for each delicious adventure are based in the uninhibited and hedonistic lifestyle of Miami inhabitants, where she now calls home.
