Park West Gallery’s recently launched master artist website is dedicated to surrealist Joan Miro, viewed by many as one of the most innovative and influential artists of the 20th century. Although his work has influenced many artists, he is still the least understood of the Masters. His website will help educate the art enthusiast on the life and artistic achievements of this great Master who, according to Park West Gallery director Morris Shapiro, was the “driving force behind visual surrealism.” Filled with thousands of works by Miro, the website also brings to light the artist’s biography including both his personal and artistic milestones.
